Not only did the staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, but they also surprised me by returning the SIM cards I had accidentally left in my room. The air conditioning was a saving grace in the Cartagena heat, providing a cool sanctuary after a day of exploring the nearby historic center and beach. I was delighted to find a large flat-screen TV in my room, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The cherry on top was the exquisite dining experience at Restaurante LamArt, just a stone's throw away, where I savored the most delectable Colombian dishes. Roca & Mar truly exceeded all my expectations, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking luxury, convenience, and top-notch service in Cartagena.
